Are you a therapist building or trying to sustain your private practice? Feeling the stresses of caseload development, client retention, and preventing burnout?
Join our monthly therapeutic consultation group, led by a seasoned private practice owner with 15+ years of experience and 8 years in private practice. This group is designed to help you build confidence, troubleshoot challenges, and achieve your ideal practice. Learn from a successful private practitioner who's built a thriving practice on her terms (16 clients a week, 4 hours per day, 4 days a week, 1-3% cancellation rate, 6 figure salary, ideal caseload). You will also connect with up to 9 other clinicians facing similar challenges with opportunities to collaborate on difficult case consultations and build a strong referral network with a group of competent clinicians.
In this group we will overcome niche practice obstacles and gain the assurance we need to succeed. We will also troubleshoot caseload issues, client engagement, and self-care strategies while developing sustainable practices to maintain your well-being.
This group will meet monthly for 60-90 minutes. Each month focuses on a specific aspect of private practice growth and sustainability. You can join as you go, fitting your schedule and specific practice needs.
There will be helpful handouts, PDFS and supplemental practice tools distributed for each group, related to the month’s theme.
Group is limited to 10 clinicians to ensure personalized attention and intimate discussions.
Each group includes one hour of private practice related consultation and 30 minutes of individual case consultation for up to 3 clinicians. Each month 3 clinicians have the opportunity volunteer for a case presentation for the group to consult on.
***$50 introductory group pricing is a lifetime offer for first 10 clinicians who join the group only. Meaning the first ten clinicians to join the group only pay $50 for the group, for the life of the group! Group fee is non-refundable.

Sessions will be held on a HIPAA compliant virtual platform of the groups choosing. Options for in person meetups in the future!
