Use the form below to request a free 30 minute consultation regarding whether or not therapeutic mentoring is the right next step for your healing journey. All mentoring sessions are tailored to meet your needs and to jumpstart your creative wellness in a way that feels most comfortable for you.

If we decide that therapeutic mentoring is a good fit, 1:1 sessions are $150 for 60-90 minute sessions to be paid prior to the start of each session. Sessions exceeding 90 minutes have additional fees to be outlined in contract.

Monthly, weekly and bi-weekly sessions available.

No call/text no shows, meaning you abandon the session and do not pay the cancellation fee within 48 hours, will result in an automatic ban from my services and any future offerings.
