Psychotherapy

I provide psychotherapy to individuals in the state of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont and Florida. I am a fully licensed psychotherapist, professional counselor and certified clinical trauma therapist with 15+ years experience working with clients face to face. My practice is neuroaffirmative and LGBTQI+ allied.

Brainspotting

I offer Brainspotting sessions to individuals across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Florida. Brainspotting is a specialized, neuro-somatic approach that uses your visual field to locate, access, and process trauma, somatic stress and core emotional blocks stored deep within the brain and body. Designed for focused processing beyond standard conversation, these sessions provide a targeted route toward meaningful release and healing within a safe, neuro-affirmative and LGBTQI+ allied space. I am Level 2 trained and am currently pursuing full certification.

Clinical Supervision

I offer individual clinical supervision to pre-licensed mental health clinicians in Massachusetts who are actively working toward their LMHC licensure. As an approved supervisor with over 15 years of clinical experience, my supervisory approach is collaborative, neuroaffirming and grounded in trauma-informed care. I support supervisees in developing their clinical identity, navigating complex cases, integrating modalities like parts work and somatic practices and fulfilling their required state supervision hours in a supportive, reflective space.
